Britt Andreatta, Ph. D.

Dr. Britt Andreatta knows how to harness human potential. Drawing on her unique background in leadership, psychology, education, and the human sciences, she has a profound understanding of how to unlock the best in people.

Britt is a seasoned professional with more than 25 years of experience working with thousands of people. Her research and experience consulting with businesses, universities, and nonprofit organizations have allowed her to create powerful solutions to today’s workplace challenges.

Britt has published several titles on learning and leadership including The Neuroscience of Learning, Leading Change, Having Difficult Conversations, and Leading with Emotional Intelligence. A highly sought-after speaker, Britt delivered a TEDx talk called “How Your Past Hijacks Your Future” that received rave reviews.

Dr. Andreatta has served as professor and dean at the University of California, Antioch University, and several graduate schools. She regularly consults with executives and organizations on how to maximize their full potential.

Britt recently won the Gold Medal for Chief Learning Officer magazine’s prestigious Trailblazer Award.
