Casey has been teaching a vinyasa style yoga since 2008 with the intention of finding confidence and comfort through movement. His background is in sitting meditation but more recently he has been investigating asana and breath through heart openers and balance play. His classes taste a bit like Ashtanga with a softer, more playful feel. Casey is also a hunter, tracker, and outdoor educator teaching movement, primitive skills and reverence for nature to kids and adults. His straightforward and accessible courses are designed to allow anyone to dive into the yoga experience, beginner to advanced student.
