Jeanette has been a student and teacher of meditation in the Vajrayana tradition of Tibetan Buddhism for over thirty years. Her aspiration is to see the humor in situations without denying the sharp edges and therefore becoming a more genuine and kinder human being.
Jeanette currently teaches mindfulness to students from Kindergarten through High School and runs mindful parenting workshops. At Desk Yogi she would like to help you boycott your own reactivity, relax, and open in the middle of chaos.
