Kaylie and Cody are siblings and best friends with a passion for fitness, health, and general good vibes. They created these Desk Yogi programs to be enjoyable because their mission statement on life is “if it’s not fun, we aren’t doing it.” They set out to make workouts that people genuinely look forward to doing every day in hopes that they will stay consistent and see amazing results as soon as possible. This theory is tried and tested as well; Kaylie is a mother of four with a six pack, Cody went from a chubby childhood to an obese teen, seeing success with the same fitness principles they teach in their programs just for you! It doesn’t stop there though, they hear success stories every day from people using their programs that truly amazes and inspires them every single day.
