Nancy Radding is a multi-certified fitness professional and has taught, trained, and managed in the field for almost 40 years. She was an overweight teen who made her history part of her destiny and chose a profession that she was passionate about. Nancy loves to be practical about integrating Yoga, Pilates, stretching, strength training, and nutrition into her own life and loves sharing what little she knows! She is a happy wife, mama, friend, and the proud Gamma of six.
