Tasha began practicing yoga in 2005 after the birth of her third son. As a mother of three young boys, she was searching for how to reconnect within herself. She immediately noticed a physical and mental change in her body awareness and a feeling of calm and groundedness. Tasha is inspired to share the transformation yoga had in her life and the exploration of the internal landscape. Her Desk Yogi lessons offer a taste of connecting deeply into the space of the body and breath. Her flow practices are designed to balance the challenges of sitting at a desk, and offer a combination of breath, movement, and meditation with heart-centered awareness.
